Wed’ze gets a boost

Wed’ze’s Ski Boost 700 just won an award in the trade press. This success comes as a reward for significant long-term efforts with our technical partners and our users. Discover how our winter sports brand products are tested and continually improved.

The best value for money

“Despite its attractive price tag, the Boost 700 has amazed everyone by outclassing most of its competitors.”Both safe and comfortable”, the versatile new model from Wed’ze has scooped the honours in the under €450 category of Skieur Magazine. Its rave review has delighted the product manager: “To be awarded this distinction in Skieur Magazine is an endorsement of our technology that will encourage our customers to make the leap and buy a high performance pair of skis from Wed’ze,” explains James de Saint Julien.

Satisfied technical partners

Franck Villemain has been one of Decathlon’s technical partners for fifteen years. A qualified level 2 national sports instructor, he only uses Wed’ze’s skiing equipment and contributes his expertise in order to improve our models. Design, performance and durability are all rigorously trialled over almost 900 hours of skiing every season, which equates to several years’ of equipment usage for the casual skier. Franck is one of the first people to have tried out the Boost 700. “I liked them straight away. These are the most advanced skis the brand has ever brought out,” he asserts. “They look good, they have top quality fittings, and they’re easy to use, whether skiing casually or pushing them to the limit. I lent them to my customers; the consensus was unanimous!”

Enthusiastic customers

During the last weekend of tests run by Wed’ze, the Ski Boost 700 also garnered appreciation from customers, as shown by these comments posted on our website. “The Boost 700 combines high performance with instinctive response,” explains Yoan. “They’re great! I love how responsive they are in hard snow,” adds Pauline. All of this augurs well for these versatile skis that retail for under €300. “These skis are definitely well-designed,” finishes James de Saint Julien. “I’m sure that they’ll make a lot of skiers very happy over the coming seasons.
